I’m a hands-on Creative Director with more than a decade of experience across copywriting, art direction.
I’m also a coding enthusiast, a former economist, and an entrepreneur.
I began in advertising agencies, creating for Uber, Spotify, and Google.
However, the real shift happened when I left agencies to build and lead creative hubs inside tech companies.
I helped shape Nubank, NotCo, and Stone leading teams from scratch, scaling brands across 12 countries,
and experiencing hypergrowth as these startups grew into multiple unicorns.
In 2024 I founded EST.31©, a global creative studio partnering exclusively with startups, where I developed a proprietary methodology
and a unique equity-based business model that moved beyond the traditional agency relationship. Over two years, the studio worked
with more than ten startups worldwide and was named “Studio Revelation of the Year” at the 2025 LAD Design Awards.
After part of EST.31© was acquired, a new chapter opened for the studio and for me.
Today, I’m a Global Creative Director at 404 Innovation Studio, part of Galeria Holding.
