I'm a hands-on Creative Director with more than a decade of experience working at the intersection of culture and brand.
A CD with a Copywriter background who also designs. Both, always.
I know. Kind of unusual. I'm also a coding enthusiast and a former economist.
I began my career in advertising agencies, creating for Spotify, Diageo, Uber, and Google.
But the real shift happened when I left agencies to build and lead creative hubs inside tech companies.
I helped shape some of Latin America's most iconic startups,
leading teams from scratch, scaling brands, and building creative operations across LatAm and the US.
Over those years, I built more than campaigns. I built creative culture inside those companies.
I've helped scale creative teams from 3 to 50 people, led direct teams of up to 15, launched brands in new markets,
and earned recognition along the way at Cannes Lions, El Ojo, Berlin Commercial, among other awards.
In 2024 I founded EST.31, a global creative and design studio only for startups and tech companies.
There I developed a proprietary methodology and a unique equity-based business model.
Over two years, the studio worked with more than ten tech companies worldwide,
and was named Best New Studio in Latin America at the 2025 LAD Design Awards.
After that, the studio was acquired. Today, I lead EST.31 as Executive Creative Director,
continuing to build brands and creative operations for brand and tech companies worldwide.
Based in São Paulo.
